How to make French bean and meat fried dumplings

You don’t have to make it the same way as I do. Just remember the principle of making dumplings, which is: don’t let the stuffing show. Dumplings that don’t reveal their fillings are good dumplings

9. Heat the pan, add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of oil, turn to low heat, and put the dumplings in without crowding them.

10. Fry over low heat for 2 minutes, then pour in 80ml of starch water (1:1 ratio) and sprinkle with raw white sesame seeds.

11. Cover the lid and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the soup is dry.

12. When the soup is dry, sprinkle in chopped green onions, cover the lid, and fry for about half a minute. When you smell the aroma and hear the bottom of the dumplings crackling, turn off the heat, simmer for 1 minute, and start eating.
