1. Wash and peel the carrots, and grate them into thin strips using a grater. Add a little salt to force out the water; soak the peppercorns in boiling water for a while

2.1 Slowly pour in the pepper water and stir in a clockwise direction. Finally, stir until it becomes gelatinous. Mix the dough: Heat the carrot juice squeezed out of the carrots and pour it into the flour, stirring while pouring.

3.2 Put the minced meat and carrots into a large mixing bowl, add fish sauce; add oyster sauce and salt, and mix well with chopsticks

4. Then add an egg and knead the dough into a dough. Place on a chopping board, cover with a damp cloth, and let sit for 20 minutes. Then, knead the dough into long strips and cut them into pieces with a knife.

5. Place the dumplings on a floured cutting board. First, boil water in a steamer. When the water boils, put the cloth on the steamer, put the dumplings in, and steam for 15 minutes.
