How to make fried rice with the aroma of fish and rice

1. Defrost and clean the snapper, cut into coarse pieces, mix with salt, pepper and 1 egg yolk, marinate for 15 minutes.

2.1 Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in marinated fish cubes and stir-fry until fragrant, then serve.

3.2 Prepare rice, green pepper, minced ginger, chopped green onion and corn kernels (the corn kernels must be boiled in boiling water first).

4.1 Pour the rice directly into the pot, spread it out with a spatula, and stir-fry for a while.

5.2 Continue to pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add the green pepper and corn kernels and stir-fry together, sprinkle a little salt, stir well and serve.

6. Pour in the sautéed green pepper and corn kernels and continue to stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry for a while.

8. Finally, pour in the stir-fried snapper cubes, sprinkle with pepper and chicken powder, mix well and serve.
