Cut the kneaded dough into several portions of the same size. The sizes can also refer to the size of daily dumplings. Roll into round crust.

7. Close the opening. Be sure to pinch it tightly when closing.

8. Place the closed edge downwards and press evenly into a flat shape with your hands to form a dough.

9. After the dough is ready, let it sit for about 30 minutes for secondary fermentation.

10. Steam the dough for 15-20 minutes.

11. After turning off the heat, wait for 3-5 minutes before opening the lid and taking out the steamed fat cakes.
