Ingredients: 6g Panax notoginseng, 1 pair of seahorses (not too big, use the three-spot seahorses with better medicinal effects), a crowing rooster (i.e. a young chicken), red dates, wolfberries, and salt to taste

practice:

1. Wash the Panax notoginseng and chop it into small pieces with a knife (you can steam it). If conditions permit, it is recommended to grind the seahorse into powder. I chop the seahorse into small pieces, which is conducive to the medicinal effect and avoids waste.

2. Fry the fat from the chicken in oil, fry the Panax notoginseng until it turns yellow (don’t let it get mushy);

3. Cut the chicken into pieces, remove the feet, wash, put into boiling water and cook for three minutes, take out, wash and drain.

4. Pick up Panax notoginseng, seahorse, wolfberry, red dates and young chicken and put them into the pot with a little water. This is stewing, not making soup, so there must not be too much water. Simmer on low heat for two hours and add salt to taste.
