How to make cocoa lattice muffins

10. Drop a drop of water on the outer layer of the mold. If the water disappears after a splash, it means that the mold has been preheated. Place the round dough in the center of the mold.

11. Close the mold and bake over low heat. Move the mold evenly to heat it evenly. Heat one side for about 1-2 minutes, then turn it over and heat it for another 1-2 minutes. When the steam gradually decreases and no steam can be seen, it is almost cooked.

12. Use a frying pan with a little butter to fry the bananas cut in half until they turn brown and serve. (This step can be omitted)
