15. Then pull up the bamboo curtain and plastic wrap at the same time to roll up the vegetables inside. Push the bamboo curtain forward with your right hand and pull it outward with your left hand until it reaches the edge.

16. After rolling to the edge, use the bamboo curtain to roll it back to wrap the rice roll.

17. Wrap the rolled rice tightly with plastic wrap and press it firmly.

18. Cut the rice rolls into pieces of the same size.

19. Add rice into the mold and press out small rice balls.

20.Put a little green onion on the rectangular rice ball and sprinkle some flying fish roe on the rolled sushi piece for decoration.

21. Finally, place the salmon slices on the rectangular rice ball and dip it in the Xinhe organic soy sauce.
