How to make crispy red bean pie

1. Three sheets of Si Nian flying pancake skin, 50 grams of candied red beans, an egg, and cut a small flower biscuit.

2.1 Fold the backing paper in half, align the edges, press it tightly with your hands, and carefully peel off the backing paper on the right side.

3.2 Cut the pancake crust in half, put candied red beans in the middle of the left side, use a fork to poke a few holes on the right side, and brush the edges of both sides of the crust with beaten egg liquid.

4. Use a biscuit cutter to press out patterns around the edges. If you don’t have this, you can also use a fork to press it tightly. The effect is the same. Be sure to press it tightly to prevent it from cracking during baking.

5. Brush the surface of the pie with another layer of egg liquid, then put the pie and the paper backing into the refrigerator and freeze for 5-10 minutes. Freezing it again makes it easier to peel off the paper backing underneath, because frozen foods will soften very quickly at room temperature. The pie crust is already very soft at this time, like mud, and the pie crust will stick to the paper backing and be difficult to peel off. If you force yourself to peel it off, it will be pulled terribly.

6. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the frozen pie on it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place on the middle layer and bake for 10 minutes.
