1.12 Wash the prawns, remove the whiskers, legs and claws, clean the heads, remove the shrimp threads and throw them away along the back.

4. Take an appropriate amount of fried minced garlic and apply it evenly on the back of the shrimp. At the same time, boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot. After the water boils, place the shrimps on a plate and steam them for 6-8 minutes.

5. Take another clean plate, place the steamed shrimps, and sprinkle with a little chives according to personal preference. Bring 2 tablespoons of oil to a boil in a pan over high heat and pour evenly over the arranged shrimps.

6. You can also add colored peppers to add color.
