14. Continue to ferment until it doubles in size.

15. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (the original recipe is 180 degrees) for 10 minutes and place a bowl of water at the bottom of the oven. Before putting the bread into the oven, brush the surface with egg wash.

16. Don’t forget to spray water and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Spray water again after 10 minutes of baking.
