5. Take the dough that has been fermented in the middle and roll it into long and thin noodles on the chopping board.

6. Wrap the long noodles around the ham sausage in circles, and make all the ham rolls in turn.

7. Carry out the final fermentation at a temperature of 38°C and a humidity of 85% for about 40 minutes.

8. Until the bread dough becomes twice its original size.

9. Lightly brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the fermented dough and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the surface of the dough.

10. Preheat the oven to 180℃, place the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven, bake for about 15 minutes, and remove from the oven when the surface is golden brown.
