First heat the oven to 200 degrees, put the croissants in and then change to 175 degrees for 5 minutes. 12. After baking at 175 degrees for 5 minutes, take out the croissants and brush them with egg batter again (be quick), then put them back into the oven and bake at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.
