4. Brush a layer of liquid butter (heated in a microwave - Melted Butter) on a normal-sized flat baking pan.

5. Next, place the fermented dough on a flat baking tray. Also, stretch the dough until it roughly covers the entire baking pan. Then, put the dough in the oven at 30 degrees and let it ferment for a second time for 30 minutes at hot temperature. {The dough at this time is a little sticky and very elastic. 6. After the hot fermentation is completed, take out the baking tray, and then use a fork to pull the dough completely until it covers the baking tray (the dough is no longer sticky at this time, so it can be pulled more easily). Then poke small holes in the fermented dough with a fork.

7. Brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid.

8. Then sprinkle the chopped ham and green onions evenly and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

9. Place the baked bread outside to cool.

10. Turn the cooled bread over and cut it in half. Then put a layer of salad dressing on it

11. Add another layer of fish floss
