8. Sprinkle a layer of meat floss, leaving at least 1CM space at the bottom without sprinkling meat floss, and brush with a layer of whole egg liquid.

9. Roll up the dough from top to bottom (starting from the end that is not brushed with egg liquid) and make sure it is rolled tightly. Fold the edge downward to form a long roll.

10. Cut the dough vertically into 5 pieces and cut it into 6 small doughs of the same size.

11. Place the cut dough pieces on a baking tray lined with baking foil, with the cut side facing up.

12. Carry out the final fermentation for about 40 minutes, until the dough becomes twice its original size.

13. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the fermented dough; put half a slice of bacon on each dough and squeeze stripes of salad dressing on the surface of the dough.

14. Preheat the oven in advance, 180°, upper and lower fire, middle layer, bake for 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
