Cinnamon Orange Sauce Duck

1.1 Apply a thin layer of oil in the pan, add the duck legs and fry both sides until golden brown.

2.2 Remove the duck skin from the duck legs and sprinkle both sides evenly with fine salt and freshly ground black pepper.

3. Cut an orange into two halves for later use (the other orange is used for decoration)

4. Squeeze orange juice into the pot, add 2ml cinnamon powder, add appropriate amount of fine salt (I added 2ml of fine salt for this portion), add appropriate amount of freshly ground black pepper. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for one hour.

5. After the duck legs are stewed until tender, take them out and return them to the pan to fry both sides again. Add 25ml of water starch and 25ml of reserved orange juice (add according to the saltiness of the soup and the evaporation of water) to the remaining soup, and heat over medium heat until the soup becomes viscous.

6. Pour the sauce over the duck legs and serve.
