What are the chicken fillet marinade recipes revealed?

Among many snacks, chicken steak is easy to leave a deep impression on people. The nutritional value of chicken steak is not only high, but also delicious. Chicken meat is easy to absorb by the human body, and you will not get fat no matter how much you eat. The ingredients for making chicken steak are relatively easy to master. 1. Recipe ratio of fried chicken marinade

1. The marinade for chicken can be purchased directly from the seasoning markets in some big cities. Some of them can also be bought on Taobao. They are in concentrated powder form and can be directly mixed with a certain proportion of water when marinating chicken.

Method: Take a pack of 80g chicken marinade as an example, put it into 190cc of cold water, shake it thoroughly and mix it evenly.

Put 2.4 catties of chicken fillets in separately, one by one, and soak them in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours.

(1) Wash the skinless chicken fillet

(2) Marinate with one pack of Honey Crispy Chicken Steak Marinade: 2500cc filtered cold water to 36 catties of chicken (do not exceed 2500cc of cold water)

(3) Stir the ingredients with water to fully dissolve and mix, soak the chicken in water, refrigerate at 5 degrees C, seal and preserve for 24 hours, gently squeeze the sticky chicken from bottom to top and remove it after 48 hours.

, with the bones facing up and the meat facing down, stack them crosswise and divide them into appropriate amounts, and freeze them at -18 degrees Celsius for later use. The shelf life should not exceed one month. The remaining soaking water must be discarded.

Note: After the chicken fillet has been soaked for 24 hours, carefully turn it over from bottom to top to separate the sticky chicken fillet so that it is fully soaked

Boneless chicken breast (remove the tendons when cutting)

Sweet potato flour

3. Fried chicken steps:

1. Cut the chicken breast into required size, massage with the marinade by hand and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours.

2. Put the marinated chicken into another container and coat it evenly with sweet potato flour. Remember to pinch it tightly with your hands and press down hard with both hands to prevent the sweet potato flour from separating from the meat during frying.

3. Pour about 1/3 of the oil into the fryer and heat the oil to 160 to 170 degrees.

4. When the sweet potato flour on the chicken thighs is slightly moist, throw them into the pan and fry for five minutes (if it is slightly moist before throwing it into the pan, the flour will not fall off easily)

5. Before serving, if you like basil, you can throw the basil leaves into the pot (be careful of the oil spraying everywhere because the leaves contain water). This ingredient is very popular in Taiwan. If you cannot purchase it in mainland China, you can omit it.

6. After cooking, drain the oil and sprinkle the seasoning powder evenly.
