11. Add butter and continue stirring

13. After basic fermentation, roll into 6 small doughs, and ferment for 15 minutes in between

14. Wrap with red bean paste

15. Close the mouth downwards

16. Place them side by side on the baking tray and ferment for 45 minutes at a temperature of 38 degrees and a humidity of 85%.

17. Brush the surface with egg liquid, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, cook at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, cover with tin foil after coloring
