How to make country bread

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. 1.1 Put the medium dough into a bread machine or bowl, add material B and knead into a smooth dough. Use the bread machine to knead the dough into a smooth dough for about 20 minutes.

2.2 Mix all ingredients A and knead into dough slowly. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 3 hours until it doubles in size.

3.1 This is my fake rattan basket. Hehe, it is a soup bowl in my home, which I just bought. Because it was cheap and had a wide range of uses, and the pattern in the middle reminded me of a rattan basket, I bought it without hesitation. Only 12 yuan, very cheap

4.2 Add diced butter and slowly knead into a stretchy dough. Continue kneading in the bread machine for about half an hour. You can take out a small piece and see if you can pull out a film to see if the ductility is good.

5. Take out the dough and shape it. Here you can roll a layer of flour on the dough, so you don’t need to put so much flour in the basin.

6. Put the dough into a container and cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation for about 50 minutes. I used the oven for secondary fermentation, which took about 30 minutes. Remember to put a bowl of water in the oven.

7. Place the baking tray upside down on the bowl and quickly flip it over so that the dough is upside down on the baking tray.

8. Use a sharp knife to make a cross-shaped cut on the surface and continue to ferment for 20 minutes. (Because it was too late, I skipped this step, so the opening is not very big)

9. Put it in the preheated oven, middle and lower layer, 180 degrees, bake for about 35 minutes

Although country bread is a simple dish to make, if you have never cooked before and don’t understand it, you might as well ask your elders for help. Under the guidance of your elders, you will definitely be able to do better.
