14. Pour the stirred liquid into the remaining two-thirds of the egg white

16. Pour into the required mold 70% to 80% full, and vibrate twice before putting it in the oven

17. Pour the mixture into another mold, about 70% to 80% full.

18. Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, bake it in the middle and lower layers for 35 minutes. After baking, take it out and stand it upside down on the wire rack.

19. Remove the cake from the mold while it is still slightly warm.
