1. Rinse the blood coral grass with clean water to remove salt, soak for 8-10 hours, change the water three to four times, rinse several times, and drain the water

2. Take a clay pot, pour in the blood coral grass, add appropriate amount of water, and then add rock sugar

3. Cover the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 20 minutes over low heat and turn off the heat (you can adjust the cooking time yourself. If you want a chewy texture, just cook for 10 minutes. If you want it to melt in your mouth, cook for about an hour)

4. Crush the cooked blood coral with a spoon, transfer it into a jelly mold, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and remove it from the mold and serve it on a plate after it solidifies.
