2. Add 30g of granulated sugar, 236ml of milk and 2 eggs into the cooking cup.

3. Add 100g durian pulp

4. Start the food processor and blend for two to three minutes until it becomes a fine paste.

5. Sieve twice and set aside

6. Add 35 grams of fine sugar to a small milk pot

7. 10g water

8. Bring to a boil over medium heat

9. Continue to cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.

10. Turn off the heat when it turns light amber

11. The residual heat will continue to heat until it turns caramel color

12. Pour the caramel into the mold while it is still hot

13. After it cools down and solidifies, scoop in the pudding paste until it is 90% full

14. Put it in a deep baking tray, let it stand for 30 minutes, then add hot water to half the height of the mold, and bake it in a preheated 170 degree oven for 30 minutes until the pudding liquid is completely solidified.

15. Take it out and let it cool down, then put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
