How to make pork shreds with light shadow

1.12 Take the lean meat left over from cooking soup. If you haven’t cooked soup beforehand, cook the lean meat thoroughly in water.

7. When the shredded pork is very watery at the beginning, the heat can be adjusted to a low level. If the shredded pork changes color a little, you should stir-fry it over low heat.

8. Add black bean sauce and other spicy sauces (such as spicy sauce, shabu shabu sauce, etc.)

9. Stir-fry thoroughly to mix the shredded pork and spicy sauce evenly

10. Add chili powder, pepper powder and white sesame seeds (you can also add or replace with black pepper powder, cumin powder, five-spice powder or even curry powder according to your taste)

11. If the chili sauce added earlier is salty enough, you can omit the salt at the end. Taste it and add a little more if it is not salty enough. Stir-fry the shredded pork and all the powdered spices evenly and serve.
