1. Prepare the ingredients and cut them into small pieces.

We prefer light flavors, so if you prefer stronger flavors, you can increase the amount of sauce or salt according to your taste.

4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve directly in a small stew pot... I didn’t take a picture of today’s meal, mainly because I was too eager. As soon as I opened the lid, a light sour and spicy taste came out. The soup was red and very appetizing. Serve the rice, scoop the soup and pour it on the rice. It is so fragrant and delicious.
