How to make delicious Geshan meat

Many people don't know much about Geshanrou. Geshanrou refers to a long strip of lean meat with one end connected to the pig's liver and the other end connected to the pig's lung. This long strip of lean meat is alternating between meat and membrane. It is said that Geshanrou has the effect of replenishing qi and losing weight, has a good effect of nourishing the stomach and strengthening the spleen, and can play a role in nourishing yin and assisting yang. How to make delicious Geshan meat

Main ingredients: 700g of geshan meat. Accessories: oil, salt, garlic, shallots, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine.

Step 1. Clean the pork loin first. 2. Put ginger and cooking wine in water and bring to a boil, then blanch the pork to remove the blood. 3. Rinse with water. 4. Add the choy sum into the pot and cook for about 40 minutes. 5. Soak in cold water after cooking. 6. Spread sesame oil evenly on the surface of the meat. 7. Cut the meat into large pieces. 8. Prepare shallots and garlic. 9. Chop the onion and garlic and put them into a bowl. 10.Put a large spoonful of it in a pot and bring to a boil. 11. Pour the oil slowly into the bowl. 12. Add a spoonful of white sugar. 13. Add appropriate amount of salt. 14. Pour in some Wei Ji Xian light soy sauce and mix well. 15. Pour the sauce into the meat and mix well.
