7. Grind about 1 teaspoon of wasabi into a grinder and set aside

8. Drain the steamed mushrooms into a bowl. The remaining mushroom juice can be used for other purposes, such as as a vegetarian soup in a dish.

9. Place the cooked soy protein in a bowl, put shredded nori on top, and add wasabi paste next to it.
