1. 3. Wash the rapeseed, cut it into quarters, cut the mushrooms into halves, blanch them in water with salt and oil and let them cool.

4. Heat the pan, add oil, add onion, ginger and garlic when it is 30% to 40% hot, add broth, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, etc., add pork knuckle, mushrooms and rapeseed and cook for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with sesame oil.
