2. Wash the small cuttlefish and cut it into strips, and cut the onion into onion rings. There is no requirement for cutting onions. I just think cutting them into rings looks better. Let me tell you a little trick. It is easy to choke your eyes and cause tears when cutting onions. How can you avoid it? First cut the onion in half, soak it in water for about 5 minutes, then take it out and cut it. That way you won't shed tears.

3. Bring the oil to a boil, add sugar, sesame seeds, cumin, chili sauce, black pepper, Thousand Island sauce, oyster sauce, and tomato sauce into the pot, stir-fry until the sauce is formed, and set aside.

4. Pour in peanut oil and stir-fry the cuttlefish strips. The oil must be very hot before adding the cuttlefish strips. This is the key. You must stir-fry

5. When the cuttlefish is a little hard, add the onion rings and stir-fry

6. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the sauce and a little water to mix the sauce and cuttlefish evenly.

7. After the water is dried, you can remove it from the pan and take a look. Does it look appetizing?
