Italian Mushroom Cheese Baked Rice Recipe

People die for money and birds die for food. Although this saying has some truth to it, it is not entirely true in today's society, because many people die because of "food". Many people get sick and die because of unhealthy eating. In order to avoid dying in such a miserable way, follow me to learn how to make Italian mushroom and cheese baked rice.

1. Dice all ingredients (except pepperoni). The rice cannot be too wet or soft, so it is better to use overnight rice. Since I couldn’t buy Italian rice, I used Thai rice instead.

2.Cook over high heat, add a small amount of butter, add onions and diced radish and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add diced mushrooms and square leg slices and stir-fry.

3. Add cold rice and stir-fry with the above ingredients.

4. Over medium-low heat, add a large amount of milk, stir-fry, then add milk twice more. Milk evaporates quickly, so add more frequently. During this period, you can add a small amount of red wine and butter (depending on your personal preference).

5. Turn to low heat, add salt and stir a few times. Turn off the heat, add a pinch of black pepper and mix well.

6. Take the ingredients out of the pot and pour them into the baking tray. The rice should be a little moist. If it is too dry, pour a small amount of milk on the surface.

7. Grate English medium-strength cheese (any kind of cheese is fine, depending on personal taste, mozzarella is better) into shreds.

8.Spread evenly on the baked rice.

9. Place Italian sausage on top of the cheese.

10. Put it in the (electric) oven, 175 degrees Celsius, for about 10 minutes.
