Home-cooked meals for kids

If there are children at home, you must pay more attention to their diet and cook more food for them that is delicious and attractive. This will help them grow and develop well. You should also make some home-cooked dishes tailored to their stomachs, which can not only supplement their nutritional needs, but also increase their appetite. For example, crucian carp and tofu, and pig's trotters stewed with soybeans are all home-cooked dishes with relatively high nutritional value.

Home-cooked meals for kids

1. Crucian carp tofu

Ingredients: grass carp, tofu, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, dried chili pepper, Huadiao wine

practice:

1. Chop the fish into 5 cm wide pieces; cut the tofu into pieces and blanch them in hot water to remove the bean smell and make the tofu less fragile.

2. Stir-fry garlic, aniseed, peppercorns and dried chili peppers in hot oil.

3. Add the fish pieces and pour in the Huadiao wine. Do not turn the fish pieces over. Let the flavors of the Huadiao wine and spices penetrate into the fish meat.

4. Add water to cover the fish, then add vinegar, bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add onion, ginger and appropriate amounts of soy sauce, salt and sugar.

5. Turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes, then pour the tofu into the pot and cook until the soup thickens.

2. Soybean stewed pig's trotters

Soybeans are rich in calcium, and pig's trotters are rich in collagen, which can serve as a skeleton for calcium deposition, thus making it more conducive to the absorption of calcium in soybeans.

Ingredients: soybeans, pig's trotters, onions, ginger, star anise, sugar, salt, chicken essence

practice:

1. Soak the soybeans for half a day in advance.

2. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the ginger slices, scallion segments, star anise, and pig's trotters, then add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry.

3. Add water to cover the pig's trotters and bring to a boil over high heat. Then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

4. Add soybeans and bring to a boil over high heat, then add sugar and salt. Turn to low heat and simmer until the pig's trotters are cooked, then add chopped green onions.

3. Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients: 200g fresh shrimp, 1 slice of ginger, 2 scallions, 2 spoons of cooking wine

practice:

1. Put water, ginger slices, and scallions into a knot in the pot, and bring cooking wine to a boil.

2. After the water boils, add the processed shrimp (cut off the whiskers and legs, pick out the shrimp thread)

3. After adding the shrimp, cook over medium heat for 1 minute and then turn off the heat.

4. Take out the shrimp and drain the water

5. Prepare your favorite seasonings and dip them in them.

4. Pork Ribs and Corn Soup

Ingredients: spare ribs, sweet corn, carrots, ginger, salt (yam or carrots can be added)

practice:

1. Chop the ribs into small pieces, blanch them and then rinse off the blood foam with cold water.

2. Cut carrots into small pieces.

3. Add water to the casserole, put in the blanched pork ribs and ginger slices, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.

4. Add carrot cubes and corn segments and cook for 20 minutes.

5. Finally, add salt according to personal preference and cook for 3 minutes.
