How to make Jiangdong stuffed tofu

If you are married, you can definitely enjoy the "wife's food" treatment. But what should you do when your wife is not at home? Perhaps many men would choose fast food, instant noodles, etc. But what if you could do it yourself? Wouldn’t this picture be beautiful? I believe your wife would also like to see it. So, let me introduce to you the method of making Jiangdong stuffed tofu.

1. Tear off the membrane of the squid tentacles and chop into paste; wash the green onions and cut into chopped green onions.

2. Add shrimp paste, squid paste, starch, salt, sesame oil and pepper to the pork filling and mix.

3. Add onion, ginger and water, and beat until it becomes a gelatinous filling.

4. Cut the tofu into appropriate-sized blocks and use a "U"-shaped carving knife to make holes in the tofu.

5. Stuff the meat filling into the tofu.

6. Place the pot on medium heat, add appropriate amount of lard, heat until 70% hot, and put the stuffed tofu into the pot one by one.

7. Fry until golden brown, add lard and fry the other side.

8. Serve the fried tofu.

9. Wash the rapeseed, make a cross-shaped cut at the root and insert the shredded carrot.

10. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and a little salt to bring to a boil. Add the rapeseed and blanch until the oil is shiny, then remove from the pot and drain.

11. Heat a little oil in another pan and sauté the ginger slices; add broth, salt and light soy sauce and bring to a boil.

12. Turn to medium-low heat and add the fried tofu to cook.

13. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
