How to cook carp with naan skin

1. Ingredients: carp naan, vegetable oil, salt, cooking wine, sugar, chicken essence, soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, onion, ginger

2. Cut into flower patterns on the back

3. Marinate with salt for 20 minutes

4. Wash and slice the onion, ginger and chili peppers

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the carp when the oil is 60% hot, and fry until one side of the carp becomes hard and stiff.

6. Turn over and continue frying until both sides are golden brown.

7. Leave some oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant

8. Add carp cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and sugar

9. Add water to cover the surface of the carp, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for about 10 minutes

10. Add tomato sauce and chicken essence and cook for a while

11. Put the naan on the carp and simmer for a while to make it tasty.

12. Take out the naan, cut it into small triangular pieces, put it on the plate to restore the shape of the naan, and place it in a circle on the plate.

13. Remove the carp from the pot and place it on a plate. Pour the soup over the carp and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
