How to make fusilli pasta

There are many foods in our lives that come from abroad, such as KFC, which is a foreign fast food that is very popular among consumers. Sometimes we can also buy some foreign ingredients and cook them at home. This not only saves some money, but also allows us to taste our own cooking, which is the best of both worlds. Take Italian fusilli noodles for example, how can we make them taste best at home?

First, prepare the raw materials: half an onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 stalk of celery, a small amount of minced meat, and a small amount of fusilli (this fusilli is sold in many supermarkets and also in Metro).

Seasoning: salt, pepper powder, sugar, MSG, black pepper, soy sauce, cooking oil, and ketchup (I didn’t have ketchup at home, so I used leftover tomato sauce instead).

1. Wash all the raw materials, cut into small pieces and set aside.

2. Boil water in a pot and cook the snail noodles. Because fusilli is difficult to cook, it needs to be cooked for about 10 minutes. It doesn’t take us that long to stir-fry, so we cook the above first and then stir-fry the vegetables.

3. Put oil in a frying pan, pour the minced meat into the pan, stir it, add the onion, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the tomatoes. Stir-fry for a while, until the tomatoes are almost cooked, then you can add the seasoning. Mix salt, pepper powder, sugar, black pepper powder, and soy sauce evenly, then add the diced celery and stir-fry for a while. After the aroma of the celery comes out, add a little tomato sauce, mainly to enhance the color, and then add a little MSG or chicken essence and it can be served.

4. After the snail noodles are cooked, drain the water, then serve on a plate, pour the fried vegetables on top, and finally add some coriander or green onions and serve. I used some leftover purple cabbage at home to simply dress the dish.
