How to cook pork with beans

1. Wash the pork belly and put it in a pot and add water to boil

2. After cooking, use chopsticks to poke into the skin, and it's OK if you can penetrate it. Then poke holes in the skin using either a toothpick or chopsticks.

3. Mix honey + light soy sauce + dark soy sauce + wine into seasoning and apply it evenly on the meat.

4. Boil the water in the pot and heat the oil. Place the seasoned pork skin side down in the oil. Turn to low heat and cover the pot to avoid oil splashing and scalding. After frying the pie, turn it over and fry the other side until both are fried and then put it back into the pan.

5. While the meat is cooking, soak the dried beans in hot water.

6. Wash the soaked beans, cut into small pieces and drain. Put it in the pan and stir-fry it slightly, add appropriate amount of salt, remove from the pan and put it on a plate for later use.

7. Cut the fried meat into slices and place them on top of the dried beans.

8. Add water to the steamer and steam the braised pork. Steam for about 40 minutes, until the meat is very soft.

9. Serve and enjoy.
