1. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in warm water for half a day, change the water several times, and cut into small pieces.

2. Slice the ginger and prepare star anise and cinnamon.

3.Cut the pork belly into large pieces.

4. Add oil to the pan and fry ginger, star anise, cinnamon and other ingredients over low heat until fragrant.

5. Pour in the meat, add a little dark soy sauce and rock sugar, and stir-fry over low heat until oil is released.

6. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water, add five-spice powder, boil over high heat for ten minutes, add appropriate amount of salt, and pour in dried bamboo shoots.

7. Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes.

8. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, then drizzle with a little oil and serve. (In order to make it look better when it comes out of the pan, I sprinkled a layer of bright oil on it when I took it out of the pan to make it look shiny)
