How to make sweet shrimp curry

1. Put the required ingredients into the bread machine

2. Press the dough button twice to knead the dough until it is fully kneaded.

3. Because no butter was added, the dough could not be kneaded into a glove film, so it was fermented directly until it doubled in size.

4. Take out the dough and deflate it, divide it into three parts, roll it into balls, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for 10 minutes.

5. Take one of the dough and roll it into a round shape with a rolling pin

6. Slowly tighten and squeeze the bottom like making a dumpling (the middle is empty)

7. Make it rounder with your hands

8. Evenly arrange them in a baking tray and put them into the oven for final fermentation. Put hot water above 80 degrees at the bottom of the oven to accelerate the fermentation time.

9. Take out the fermented bread and cut three small pointed corners on the top with scissors (preheat the oven to 200 degrees)

10. Put it into the oven again, 200 degrees, middle layer, and bake for about 8 minutes. Open the oven and spray some water on the bread. After coloring, you can cover it with a piece of tin foil to prevent the color from being too dark. The total time is 20-25 minutes.

11. Prepare the necessary ingredients

12. After the Arctic shrimp is thawed at room temperature until there is no frost, pour in an appropriate amount of cold boiled water to wash it (do not use hot water)

13. Remove the shrimp heads and shells, leaving the tails (set aside for later use)

14. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Add a little salt, cut the tofu into pieces and put them in. Blanch the tofu to remove the beany smell (about 2-3 minutes)

15. Dice onions, green and red peppers

16. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until fragrant (use medium-low heat throughout the process)

17. Fry the onion until it turns caramel color, add the green and red peppers and fry until cooked.

18. Add the curry cubes and burn them

19. Pour enough water to cover the vegetables.

20. Pour tofu into the water after it boils

21. Cover the pot and cook for about 3 minutes, then pour in a little milk or whipped cream.

22. Stir well (the curry itself is salty, so I didn’t add any salt. You can add salt according to your taste)

23. Cut off the top of the bread cup with scissors

24. Use a spoon to pour the cooked curry tofu into the bread cup and lightly hang the prepared delicious sweet shrimp on the edge of the bread cup.
