Rice, Japanese soy sauce, nori, salmon, white sesame (cooked), Japanese green tea.

1. Spread salt on both sides of the salmon fillet and marinate for a while. Add a little oil to the pan, put the salmon in and fry until both sides are golden brown, then take it out and place it on the rice;

2. Cut the seaweed into strips and put them into a bowl. Add a few drops of Japanese soy sauce.

3. After the tea leaves are brewed, pour them into a bowl. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

How to make prunes

Ingredients: pickled plums, rice, tea, seaweed, cooked sesame seeds, Japanese soy sauce, green mustard, salt, and green leafy vegetables. The rice made in this way has a fresh fragrance.

1. Tear the seaweed into shreds by hand or use clean scissors.

2. Serve an appropriate amount of rice. Spread nori on top of rice. Put the prunes on top

3. Slowly pour the brewed tea along the edge of the bowl. The tea should cover two-thirds of the rice.

4. Add a little salt, sesame, Japanese soy sauce, and mustard according to your taste, mix well and eat.
