1. A free-range chicken.

10.Then stir well. Just remove the floating oil on the surface.

11. Then put it in the refrigerator or in an unheated room to cool down until the soup becomes crystal jelly.

12. Before eating, scrape off any oil on the surface with a spoon and place it on a plate together with the chicken and jelly. It is the best dish to go with wine.
