1. Cut beef into strips;

2. Chop ginger into small pieces;

3. Cut green onions into sections;

4. Dice green and red peppers;

5. Fry the farm peppercorns in a pan until crispy, then grind them into powder;

6. Fry cumin in a pan until crispy, then grind into powder;

7. Add minced ginger;

8. Add salt;

9. Add cooking wine;

10. Add soy sauce;

11. Add pepper powder;

12. Add starch;

13. Marinate for 10 minutes;

14. Heat oil in a pan and add scallions;

19. Add cumin powder;

20. Stir well and serve;
