How to cook boiled tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients. A piece of tofu, a piece of ham, an appropriate amount of bean sprouts, a few garlic shoots, a little garlic, dried red pepper, and shallots.

6. Pour appropriate amount of boiling water or broth into the pot.

7. Pour the tofu slices and ham slices into the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat and add appropriate amount of chicken stock.

8. Turn off the heat and pour into the bowl with bean sprouts.

9. Place the remaining minced garlic in the center of the bowl.

10. Add a little oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, add the dried red chilies. When fragrant, turn off the heat and pour into a large bowl.

11. Garnish with chopped green onions and a little sesame oil before serving.
