How to cook boiled fish

The deterioration of living environment and the increase of study and work pressure are slowly eroding our health, so health preservation actions are urgent.

1. Cut the purchased silver carp into pieces, and cut the fish head into pieces.

2. Marinate the fish pieces with salt and cooking wine and leave for about twenty minutes.

3. Wash the green onions and cut them into short sections.

4. Wash and cut the celery into sections

5. Cut the garlic and ginger into slices and add a little peppercorns.

6. Add 2.5 tablespoons of fermented soybeans to the seasoning bowl.

7. When the pan is hot, pour in appropriate amount of oil.

8. When the oil is hot, pour all the ingredients in the bowl into the oil and stir-fry, being careful not to burn them.

9. Add a little soy sauce and a small amount of fermented black beans

10. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, enough to cover the fish pieces. Bring to boil.

11. Add a small amount of chicken stock to the boiling pot.

12. Put the fish pieces into the boiling pot, making sure to put the fish head in first.

13.Cook the fish pieces and soup together for about five minutes.

14. After the fish pieces have been cooked for about five minutes, add the celery into the pot.

15. Put the scallion sections into the pot.

16. Cover the pot and simmer for about a minute until the aroma comes out. The vegetables in the boiled fish are delicious. You can also add garlic sprouts and bean sprouts according to your personal preference. Today, my mother wanted to save time and only added celery.
