1. Pick and wash the chives, soak them and drain the water

11. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round shape

12. Start wrapping. Put the right amount of stuffing into the dough and pinch the edges tightly.

13. Look, the dumplings are ready!

14. Put the dumplings in after the water boils. After the dumplings float up, cook for another three minutes and they are done!
