Lemon Curd Chicken Recipe

We must develop the habit of cooking, so as to prevent disease and promote health. For the sake of everyone's health, I will now talk about how to make lemon tofu chicken.

1. Heat 20ml cooking oil in a pan, cut the tender tofu into pieces and carefully put them into the pan to fry. Sprinkle appropriate amount of fine salt on both sides during frying.

2. When both sides are fried until orange-yellow, remove and set aside. Soft tofu produces a lot of water, so fry slowly to prevent water from splashing out. Cover the pot with a lid and leave a large gap to facilitate water evaporation.

3. Cut the green and yellow bell peppers into 1.5cm cubes, crush the garlic, sprinkle with appropriate amount of fine salt and white pepper, and fry with the remaining hot oil in the pan until cooked.

4. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Add a little more oil to the pan, put the chicken pieces in, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of fine salt and white pepper.

5. Mix 85ml fresh lemon juice, 12ml sugar, 8ml starch, 5ml soy sauce and 5ml oyster sauce to make lemon soup. When the chicken is fried until both sides are golden brown, pour in some of the lemon soup and stir evenly.

6. Put the fried tofu and bell pepper back into the pot, pour in the remaining lemon juice and stir well. Add appropriate amount of fine salt and grind in appropriate amount of black pepper. Add the diced tomatoes 10 seconds before serving and stir well.

7. Sweet and sour lemon tofu chicken goes well with rice.
