How to cook braised pig's trotters

The deterioration of living environment and the increase of study and work pressure are slowly eroding our health, so health preservation actions are urgent.

1. Ask the butcher to cut the pig's trotters in half or into large pieces, then burn the hair off and take them home to wash.

2. Heat water in a pot, blanch the pig's trotters, remove the dirt and then take them out.

3. Prepare all the ingredients

4. Fill the rice cooker with water until 90% full, add the spices, and then put in the blanched pig's trotters [be sure to put them in cold water so that they can be stewed very soft]

5. It was stewed from 7pm to 9:30pm. When I opened the pot, there was still half a pot of water left.

6. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce

7. Add salt

8. Simmer for another half an hour until the flavors are absorbed. [This picture was taken at around 7pm the next day because it was so hot that I couldn’t take a photo when I opened it right after cooking.]
