How to make chicken braised flower rolls

1. Ingredients: fresh chicken, oil, salt, dried red pepper, tsaoko, ginger, green onion, star anise, peppercorns, white sugar, bean paste, garlic, green pepper

2. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces

3. Rinse to remove blood foam, remove and drain

4. Wash and cut the green onions into sections, peel the garlic, soak and wash the dried red peppers, slice the ginger and green peppers

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, add sugar and stir-fry until bubbles appear.

6. Add chicken pieces and stir fry evenly.

7. Add bean paste and stir fry

8. Add dried red pepper, peppercorns, ginger, garlic, star anise, tsaoko, star anise,

9. Add water (just enough to cover the chicken) and bring to a boil over high heat

10. Cover and simmer on low heat for more than 1 hour until the chicken is cooked through.

11. Add green onion and green pepper slices

12. Stir-fry evenly and taste.

13. Cut the flower rolls into 4 cm long pieces

14. Deep fry until golden brown

15. Place them on a plate and pour in the free-range chicken.
