How to make silver carp fried tofu

1. Main ingredient: silver carp (fathead carp)

2. Wash the silver carp, chop off the fish head, and cut the fish belly into pieces.

3. Dip the fish head and fish belly in dry flour, and fry in oil until slightly yellow.

4. Cut the silver carp into pieces and marinate with cooking wine and soy sauce for 15 minutes.

5. Put the fried fish head and fish belly in a pot, add hot water, scallion, ginger and star aniseed and cook the soup over high heat.

6. Cut half of the tofu into small pieces and the other half into slices.

7. Cut the cabbage heart into pieces and set aside.

8. Cook over high heat until the fish soup becomes thick and white.

9. Add tofu and cabbage core and bring to a boil again, then add white pepper, salt and MSG.

10. Fish head and fish belly soup can be made.

11. Fry the marinated fish in a pan until golden brown.

12. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown.

13. Use soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, sugar and a little water to make the sauce.

14. Heat the pot with spices, add the fried fish and tofu, add the green onion, ginger and garlic. Pour in the sauce.

15. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat.

16. Cook until the soup is dry.
