1. Put sugar and 20g hot water in a small pot and heat on medium-low heat.

3. Pour the prepared sugar color into a bowl and let it cool for later use

4. Soak the pork belly in clean water to remove the blood, then wash and cut into pieces and stir-fry in the pot

6. Add scallion and ginger back into the pot and continue to stir-fry until fragrant

10. Add half of the salt to the sauce bag, cover and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour

11. After 1 hour, open the lid, add the peeled raw chestnuts and the remaining half of the salt, cover and continue to simmer for about 30 minutes

12. Turn off the heat when the soup is thick.
