How to cook silver snow fish

Silver cod, also known as naked cod, is often more expensive in the market than cod, which is actually called cod. It was first named silver cod in the Japanese seafood market simply because it looks similar to cod. Like most other fish, silver cod has very delicious meat and a high fat content, making it suitable for various cooking methods. In addition, silver cod is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids and DHA. Regular consumption helps brain development and is a good tonic for mental workers and children. Here are three common ways to cook silver cod:

1. Steamed Silver Snow Fish

Steamed silver fish is a simple home-cooked dish. The ingredients used are two pieces of silver fish that have been thawed naturally.

Ingredients: Two pieces of silver snowfish, thawed naturally.

Ingredients: salt, cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, onion, ginger, and pepper.

1. Season the fish with a little salt and cooking wine (to remove the fishy smell), and serve;

2. Steam the fish for 5 minutes until it is hot (the fish is too tender to be turned over, so try not to change the container);

3. Use vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, chicken essence and water to make the sauce according to your taste. Heat the sauce in a wok over low heat and pour it over the steamed fish.

4. Finally, sprinkle with shredded green onion and ginger, and drizzle with fried pepper oil.

2. Pan-fried silver fish

Ingredients: One piece of silver snow fish

Red wine, black pepper, salt, soy sauce

Step 1

After the silver snowfish is thawed, wash it clean, dry it with kitchen paper, apply a little salt and black pepper and marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Fry in a pan until both sides are medium-rare.

Step 3

Sprinkle red wine and light soy sauce on the surface of the fish and continue frying.

Step 4

Fry until both sides are golden brown.

Note: Be sure to fry over low heat and do not fry for too long.

3. Silver cod with lemon sauce

Sunny weather is perfect for a sunny dish. Today's dinner is pan-fried cod, served with my favorite lemon juice.

Silver cod can improve brain health, eyesight, lower blood lipids, and relieve stress. It is low in calories and easy to prepare. It is delicious after just a little frying.

The method of making lemon juice is quite casual. I prefer sweet and sour taste, so concentrated lemon juice with a little sugar is delicious to me. You can also use Maggi to make sauces, which is another kind of delicious taste.

Ingredients

Two pieces of silver cod; 1/4 lemon; some concentrated lemon juice; a little water.

Auxiliary ingredients: a little oil; a little sugar; a little salt.

Steps

1. After cleaning the cod, pat dry with kitchen paper. Sprinkle a little salt and marinate for a while.

2. Heat the pan and pour a little oil. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

3. For the lemon juice, I used the “new” lemon juice concentrate.

4. Pour the concentrated lemon juice into the pot, add a little sugar according to your taste, add water and bring to a boil.

5. Pour the cooked lemon juice on the fried silver cod and serve.
