After the water boils again, turn to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes until the pork skin is cooked and soft, then remove the scallion, ginger, peppercorns, and aniseed and discard them.

6. Pour the cooked soybeans, diced carrots, diced dried tofu, and diced water dumplings into the pot, add a little soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt, and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.

7. After the pork skin soup is cooked, let it cool down a bit, pour it into a flat-bottomed container, and refrigerate it until it solidifies.
