How to make fried seafood

Ingredients: 1 packet of samoboko, 75g shrimp, 4 fresh scallops, 4 slices of carrot, 75g red pepper, 75g sweet peas, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 stalk of scallion, 1. 1 packet of Kung Pao sauce, 2 tsp of mushroom and oyster sauce, 2. A pinch of cornstarch, 2 tsp of water. Method: (1) Wash all ingredients, slice the scallops, cut the carrot into thin slices, cut the samoboko and red pepper into strips of the same size as the sweet peas, mince the garlic and cut the scallions into sections and set aside. (2) Bring water to a boil. Blanch scallops and shrimps until cooked through, then drain and set aside. (3) Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped scallions and minced garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and seasoning (1) and stir-fry until cooked. Thicken with cornstarch water until done.

Ingredients: 1000g clams, some minced garlic, 2 to 4 green onions, some dried chilies, some sugar, 1 to 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, some beer, some ginger, some peppercorns, some coriander

1. Let the clams spit out the sand and soak in water. 2. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. You need to cut the green onion into sections

4. After the oil is heated, add sugar. After the sugar changes color, add the prepared onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry. Pay attention to the heat. It won’t work if the heat is too low. This needs to be paid attention to.

5. Add the drained clams after the aroma comes out, stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt, half a cup of beer (cooking wine is also OK), and then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce when the clams open slightly

6. Add water and boil until the soup shrinks, then serve. Add cilantro.
