French-style stir-fried vegetables

We often see food shows on TV and make ourselves envious. Here is how to make French stir-fried vegetables. Prepare the ingredients and start cooking.

1. Cook the artichokes according to the recipe "Cooking artichokes". Make a bowl-shaped base for later use

9. Boil the beans and peas in salt water and then remove them. Use a frying pan, add water, butter, and salt, cover the pot and cook until soft.

10. Place the peas in the bowl with the artichokes. Arrange remaining vegetables. Cut some celery leaves (chopped) and sprinkle them on the vegetables.
